Discover the restored water-powered sawmill at Simonsbath, Exmoor. The dedicated team of conservation volunteers will tell you the history and workings of this unique type of mill. Hear all about of the people who used to operate the sawmill, and the ambitious owners who tried to tame the Exmoor landscape.

The water-powered sawmill was bought by Exmoor National Park Authority in 1996 and restored over 2002-03 with Heritage Lottery Funding.

Event hosted by the Simonsbath Sawmill, in the tiny village of Simonsbath. TA24 7SH.
