Reconnecting People with Moorland Livelihoods
Programme 2 is all about supporting Exmoor’s moorland managers. This Programme, with a total budget of £136,400, will:
- employ 3 local people to act as part-time “moorkeepers”
- help moorland managers work together
- provide apprenticeships for 3 local young people and a training programme
- run a programme of moorland management demonstration events
