The Funders

The Heart of Exmoor Scheme (Exmoor Moorland Landscape Partnership Scheme) is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and by our local partners and funders. The scheme also benefits enormously from time and resources given in kind by partner organisations and volunteers.

The scheme funders are the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Exmoor National Park Authority and its Partnership Fund. Programme 2 was supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and majority funded with RDPE money through Western Somerset Local Action (WSLA) and Leader for Torridge and North Devon (L4TND). Part financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development 2007-2013: Europe investing in rural areas.

Funders of individual projects include: [Reconditioning Moorland Character] the Heathcoat and Amory Trusts through The Exmoor Society; [Conserving the Moorland's Past] English Heritage; [Moors to Sea] the Environment Agency; [Moorland Classroom] the Exmoor Trust; [Treeless Forest] the Macolm MacEwen Trust; [Programme 1] Exmoor National Park Authority's Sustainable Development Fund and CareMoor.

If you would like to support our work financially or in kind, please contact the Scheme Manager, Jason Ball, on 01398 322164.
